Hi

Can you tell us what is your detail PC model?

What is the specific error message when you try to connect?

This worked before?

Is there any changes HW or SW before this issue happen (update, install, uninstall) ?

WAN miniports are specialized software drivers that configure a computer's  network adapter to allow communication across a WAN. The miniport assists  applications that make and receive calls across the WAN's static IP address,  ensuring the data is sent properly and that any returning data is interpreted  correctly by the network adapter. Without the miniport operating correctly, data  sent across a WAN may be rejected by the network adapter because it is not in  the format the adapter typically accepts. (I just copy paste) try to reinstall it in device manager and restart you PC
