windows firewall error?
im trying to change my windows firewall settings but when i click to open the settings it says due to an unidentified problem windows cannot dislplay windows firewall settingsim running windows vista home premium

Hi tylerlamble203, Where are you changing your windows firewall settings? is it via control panel applet? if you launch firewallsettings.exe, does it bring up the same ui you are having trouble with? Which button did you click, and what settings are you trying to change? Also, can you make sure your windows firewall service has started? If you execute "net start mpssvc" in an elevated command promt, does it say that it's already been started? Thanks.

i go to control panel and when i click to open firewall it gives me the error
