Hi Dave Raymond, 1) Do you get any error message? 2) Is this issue confined only to pokerstars website?3) Do you have any third party security software present on the computer? 4) Can you turn on Windows Firewall when it is off automatically? 1/ no error message...just the box comes up saying "your computer could be at risk...firewall turned off"2/not sure but noly shows up on pokerstars3/yes, avast and Stopzilla4/ at first it appeared as if it took two or three tries to turn it back on..and then yesterday my wife is trying and it appeared to turn on by itselftried your suggestion, onecare, no patch for windows XP thank you for your suggestion, do you have any other ideas, im fresh out.
