windows installer not working properly
A message keeps appearing with the text below. I don't see a specific message number but something is certainly awry. I cannot completely install various software programs, although others seem to work. I have uninstalled windows, reinstalled it, made sure that it is turned on, and tried to follow various suggestions on this site and elsewhere. Nothing seems to work. I need to install some new software but cannot do so successfully until this problem is solved. Suggestions? Windows ® Installer.
