i need help with something i hopeyou can help me. when i go to a link on explorer and then go to cose it,the error message comes up and say that windows is closeing and i have to go to the CTRL,ALT<DEL opption nd close it that way....there are some thngs on my comeputor that i cant delete (weather bug,dont know what that is and a thing called shreder it wont delete eihr..)i just want my windows back like it was when i first got my computor.i love it but i cant do anything with it right now without gettn upset becouse of windows closeing...PLEASE HELP MEMicelle

Hi Micelle, You can try to boot in WinRE and use system restore to resolve this issue. To do it: 1.Reboot the computer, keep pressing F8. 2.Choose Repair Your Computer.3.Enter to System Recovery Options.4. Restore this computer to a earily backup point.Hope it helps.
