Good Morning,I have the same problem, I downloaded a plug in for WMP11 to allow me to post what i am playing on facebook. i deleted it & then i encountered the mail client problem. Not only that but when i right click on my computer & click on 'manage' that no longer works & the Help & Support function accessed from the start menu no longer works either. I have virus scanned using AVG & scanned for malware using malwarebytes. I did attempt to use PC Cillin with no luck.System restore won't work either. My OS is WINXP SP2. i did have sp3 but i removed it. Any help with this would appreciated, Thanks.
