from last a few days am having one problem with ma windows vista HP sp1actually from last many days it was giving me error while extracting any zip file "%profilename%/appdata/temp is not writable" and when i verified it i found that it is trying to access the path of the profile which i have allready deleted..like i was having a profile named "manee" and coz of some reasons i created a new profile and deleted the "manee" one..but now when ever i try to extract any zip file it always give me error "c:\users\manee\appdata\temp is not writable" ????even i cant install ny program..please help

Hi Mani, thanks for the post. Are you using third party zip application such as WinRaR? If this is the case, you can change the settings in its options. Based on my knowledge, the default unzip path should be C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\. Hope this helps!Sean Zhu - MSFT
