hi had my laptop around for 2 years now. Yet I'm having problems with windows vista home premium 32bit its a toshiba satellite notebook, it takes to long just to update or uninstall programs and sometimes doesn't do it. Yet I can download things but can't install them it depends what program it is. It wont allow me to do a system restore or to make one, I tried doing system protection to make one but it wont respond and it takes hours to search or create one. Just by opening anything either wont respond or just takes to long. I even tried system repair and still doesn't work. Also I cant open my norton antivirus to scan the computer for viruses or update it either. Please help me. I think it had to be a update i tried to install before this problem happen, service pack 2. Also sometimes there is an error code of 0xe7210001 its the fingerprint scan but I just need to upgrade i guess or fix it but I still have no idea what or why this happened. please help...
