winlogon.exe and csrss.exe constantly executing/quitting
Hi Guys, Interesting problem. I've been trying to troubleshoot stuttering in my youtube video play back. Eventually I've narrowed it down to winlogon.exe and csrss.exe constantly executing then terminating. After a little debugging, I've found this is related to having Remote Desktop enabled. Disabling it fixes the problem. Windows 7 64bit sp1. Any ideas what is going on here?

Having Remote Desktop enabled and allowing remote connections to your machine has an impact on the system's performances: it could be absolutely normal that your system slows down because of many applications and/or services active and running during a video play back that requires Internet connectivity too. if you do not need to keep Remote Desktop active as well as any other programs or services, disable it. Correct. But I have not observed this behaviour on any other system. It almost looked like a video card driver issue with remote desktop (as the dll files were being loaded/unloaded).
