It seem to me there's IP being assign though it wasn't dhcp but was static IP. Care to share how you try connecting your laptop to the net? Is it through a router?
Lastly are you running a adsl or cable broadband? Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

Yes, I tried using static IP but I didn't help, so I switched the settings back to automatic. I'm using a router, and I'm running cable broadband. Thanks for your quick response!

From the above ipconfig /all display, under DHCP enable, it shows NO which means you has yet to enable DHCP for the IP address through the router.
Could you enable DHCP IP through the router, once done, remember to save changes prior to existing the router config page. Next open CMD Prompt & type
ipconfig /all & hit enter & next post the
IP address, subnetmask , default gateway here

Alright the IP address did change after you enable DHCP on. Try accessing the net & see how it goes.
