wondering if i can remote access and watch what is being accessed on another laptop using either xp and vista from anywhere there is internet access
i am wondering if there is a way to remote access a computer at home to monitor internet sites and such be accessed by teens. any help would be appriciated

Do you mean you want to monitor which websites that the teens try to visit?
There's no such a feature on Windows 7 to remotely monitor a computer, some third-party software could help you.
In Windows Vista, it has the parental control feature, it helps parents determine which games their children can play, which program they can use and which website they can visit and when.
