wrong display after wakeup from sleep
At night I put my system in sleep mode and turn off power to the monitor.
The system wakes up at random times because of scheduled tasks. I have not found
where I can change the times that the scheduled task startup. The task
that wakes up the system is beyondTV which is tryng to upgrade the TV guide.
But because I don't have the monitor turned on when the system wakes up
the system switches to the default monitor. I've tried different methods to correct this problem
Some cause the screen to go black and I can't get the display back without
rebooting. I have found that the best way to get the display back is to switch
users and log back in as the same user.
My question is there a way to not have windows check for new hardware
on wake up or how do I get the default display to be my display.
I think there is a file that I can switch do do this.

Hi,
What is your default monitor? What is your current display?
How is the scheduled task configured?
Please provide more details for analyzing.
